A blog for women who built a life — and are now rebuilding it on their own terms.
For anyone who has spent years being productive and is only now asking whether any of it was worth it.
I worked as a freelance translator for 15 years. I also worked on my business, managed projects, coordinated teams, and kept everything moving. I was good at it. I was also exhausted, spending money I didn’t think about, and living on autopilot.
In my early 40s I started paying attention to a different kind of question — not how do I get more done, but what is actually worth doing?
This blog is where I work that out.
I write about three things:
- Habits — small routines that either steady you or drain you, and how to tell the difference.
- Spending — how to stop buying things that don’t matter and start being deliberate about money. I wasted thousands before I figured this out.
- Books — honest reviews of self-help and psychology books, so you know what’s worth your time before you spend it.
If you’re a woman over 40 who wants a life that feels more intentional and less reactive, you’re in the right place.
